The Zeiss Primostar 3 phase-contrast microscope enableshigh-contrast imaging of transparent, unstained specimens, such as living cells, thanks to thePh2 objective. The 5x revolving nosepiece is also equipped with three additionaliPlan achromatic objectives(4x, 10x and 40x), which allow it to be used as a normal transmitted light microscope. Thefull Köhler illuminationcan be individually adjusted and enables optimal illumination of the specimen.
