At EconoMed, we operate on a strict 100% domestic, in-stock fulfilment model. Every product displayed on our store is physically held at our centralised UK distribution hub and is ready for immediate dispatch. We do not drop-ship or rely on delayed overseas logistics networks, ensuring a rapid and predictable delivery experience for all commercial facilities.
1. Order Processing & Transit Timelines
To provide absolute clarity for our corporate and industrial clients, our shipping schedules are straightforward and dependable:
• Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM GMT (Monday through Friday)
• Handling & Processing Time: 0 to 1 Business Day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed and packed for dispatch the same working day.
• Transit & Delivery Time: 1 to 2 Business Days. All consignments are shipped via premium, fully tracked domestic couriers (primarily Royal Mail and Parcelforce).
Total Estimated Delivery Window: 1 to 3 Business Days from the point of secure online checkout.

Please note that order processing and courier handovers do not take place on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or official UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday morning.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping options across the UK mainland:
• Standard Tracked Delivery: £4.95 on all orders under £85.00.
• Free Tracked Delivery: We provide complimentary standard tracked shipping on all orders totalling £85.00 or more.
There are no hidden handling fees, packaging surcharges, or unexpected cross-border clearance fees added to your consignment. The price quoted at checkout is definitive.
3. Consignment Tracking
The moment your order is securely packed and cleared for collection by our courier partner, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. This communication includes a direct, active tracking link, enabling you to monitor your delivery's transit progress in real-time.
4. Delivery Inspection & Shipping Discrepancies
We enforce rigorous quality controls at our distribution hub, but we kindly request that all facility managers inspect their consignments immediately upon delivery.
If any item within your shipment arrived damaged, physically compromised, or displays a packaging discrepancy, please retain all original transit materials and contact our support team at info@economed.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. We will prioritise the immediate dispatch of a tracked replacement.
