Welcome to EconoMed. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to EconoMed. EconoMed operates this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. EconoMed is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you cannot access the website or use any services.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or territory of residence.

To use the Services, you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We will exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Offer to Purchase: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. EconoMed reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is only accepted once we confirm acceptance via email.
3.2 Consumer Cancellation Rights: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), customers purchasing as consumers have the right to cancel their order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This does not apply to custom-made items or commercial facility supplies where a factory protection seal has been broken or packaging has been compromised.
3.3 Business/Trade Orders: Purchases made for commercial resale, trade use, or by a business (B2B) are governed by standard commercial terms.
3.4 Refund Policy: All returns, cancellations, and exchanges are governed strictly by our central Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices include VAT but do not include domestic shipping charges.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times provided are estimates based on our standard domestic logistics routes and are not strictly guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery to our trusted domestic carrier. We are not liable for transit delays entirely caused by third-party courier services. SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all materials therein, including trademarks, images, and text, are owned by EconoMed, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You will use the Services for lawful, commercial or personal procurement use only.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or content made in connection with any third-party websites.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
EconoMed is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with EconoMed. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and EconoMed.

SECTION 9 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there will be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that will relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 10 - PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service.

SECTION 14 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and EconoMed consent
