Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how order cancellations and amendments are handled.
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at
info@economed.co.uk.
Please include your order number where possible.
Cancelling An Order Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will try to cancel it and refund your original payment method.
Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may not always be possible.
If we are unable to cancel the order before dispatch, you may need to follow our returns process once the order has been delivered.
Cancelling An Order After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot usually be cancelled while in transit.
You may need to receive the delivery and request a return in line with our Returns and
Refunds Policy
Please do not refuse a delivery unless we have advised you to do so, as this may delay the return and refund process.
Amending An Order
If you need to change your delivery address, product selection, quantity or order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only amend orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched.
If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes before
dispatch.
Product Availability
Product availability is shown on each product page before purchase.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will contact you.
Where this happens, you may choose to:
Wait for the product to become available
Select an alternative product where suitable
Cancel the affected item for a refund
If we cannot fulfill an item, any payment taken for that item will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order Review
Some products may have specific usage, handling, safety or eligibility requirements.
Where this applies, the relevant information will be shown on the product page.
EconoMed may review an order before dispatch where a product requires additional checks or where fulfillment information needs to be confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where a product cannot be supplied safely, lawfully or appropriately.
Refunds For Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timing may depend on your bank, card provider or payment provider.
Recurring Orders Or Subscriptions
EconoMed does not currently offer automated recurring subscription orders through the website.
If this changes in the future, subscription terms will be displayed clearly before purchase.
