Orders & Shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched (usually the same day for orders placed before 2:00 pm GMT), you will receive an automated email containing a unique tracking number and a link to our courier's domestic portal (primarily Royal Mail or Parcelforce).
I am missing part of my order; what do I do?
Please check your delivery note to see if your items are being sent in multiple packages. If a product is listed but missing from the delivery box, please contact our team immediately at info@economed.co.uk so we can investigate the batch log with our warehouse team.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately on 07723523264. Because we pride ourselves on rapid processing and fast dispatch, we can only amend orders that have not yet reached the packing stage at our hub. Once an order is marked as "In Progress" or "Dispatched," it cannot be altered.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
1. Email info@economed.co.uk with your unique order number to request a written Returns Authorisation.
2. Our customer experience team will email you a formal Returns Form along with specific packaging instructions.
3. Once approved, package your item securely in its original, undamaged commercial packaging and send it to the designated UK distribution address provided on your form.
Please note that commercial consumables or bulk facility products cannot be returned if the protective factory wrap or outer seal has been broken or altered after delivery.
Accounts & Commercial Orders
How do I create an account?
Click the "Account" icon at the top right of our website and select "Create Account." Registering your facility allows you to save corporate delivery profiles, view order histories, and track shipments seamlessly.
I had an account previously but can no longer access it. How do I log in?
If our website has recently undergone a platform update, you may simply need to re-verify your credentials. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it. If your email is not immediately recognised, contact us at info@economed.co.uk and our technical support desk will manually link your past commercial order history to a new login profile.
Do you accept corporate Purchase Orders (POs)?
Yes. Official Purchase Orders from registered UK companies, educational institutions, or local government bodies can be emailed directly to info@economed.co.uk for processing by our trade accounts team.
