Product Description
Surgicryl PGA is an absorbable, braided multifilament with a coating of polycaprolactone and calcium stearate. The surgical suture material provides excellent tissue support, is very strong and easy to handle. Surgicryl PGA is available as a needle-and-thread combination or as a Liga pack without needle in a range of different variants.

- Absorption by hydrolysis
- Completely absorbed after 60 - 90 days
- Approximately 50% of tensile strength remains after 21 days
- Individually sterile packed needle-and-thread combinations
- Available needle types: DS = 3/8-circle, reverse cutting, HR = 1/2-circle, round bodied
