Product Description
The complete set with the LineGene nucleic acid release buffer, dilution buffer and oropharyngeal swab is used torelease nucleic acid from samplesthat are evaluated with acid-based assays. The components* contained in the bufferinactivate and denature the viral capsidsin biological samples so that they can be processed immediately as part of PCR testing. Thisshortens the preparation time of the sampleand speeds up the testing process. If the sample cannot be processed immediately, it can be storedat 2-30 °C for up to 72 hours, as the release bufferstabilises the nucleic acid.
