The LineGene Gonococcus/Ureaplasma Test Kit from BIOER is designed for thequalitative detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Ureaplasma urealyticum in urethral and cervical swabs, respectively. The kit is designed for use with a BIOER test system, such as the LineGene MINI S, and providesreliable RT-PCR results within 70 minutes. Thanks to theready-to-use reagentsincluded in the kit, only a few steps are required for sample preparation. As the reaction vessels remain closed after sample preparation,aerosol formationand the associatedrisk of contamination and infection are avoided.
