The EROSCAN screener from Maico is used totest for hearing impairmentsin newborns, children and adults. Depending on the version, the device is available withTEOAE(transient evoked otoacoustic emission) evaluation,DPOAE(distortion-product otoacoustic emission) evaluation or both. The mobile EROSCAN screener is equipped with a powerful rechargeable battery, a colour display and is delivered with the appropriate software for the PC. The device is ideal for screening newborns, infants, children in kindergarten and children in preschool.
