The boso TM-2450 cBP upgrade enables the additional calculation of the central blood pressure with your existing boso TM-2450long-term blood pressure monitor. The cBP - central blood pressure or aortic blood pressure - is present directly in the aorta and thus has a direct influence on important organs such as the heart, brain or kidneys and is considered an important predictor of cardiovascular damage and complications. Compared to peripheral blood pressure, central blood pressure is more informative and has a better correlation to hypertensive organ damage.
