Product Description
The Atrauman ointment compresses from Hartmanngently secure wound edges and surfaces, while simultaneously preventing the wound from drying out. The thin, soft grid tulle, made from hydrophobic polyester fibres, has a smooth surface structure and assists the soaked ointment in keeping Atrauman from adhering to the wound. Because Atrauman istair and secretion permeable, the wound secretions flow well. The Atrauman ointment compresses arefree of active ingredientsand are also neither sensitising or allergenic, even after longer periods of use.
