The 3M™ Adaptic™ non-adhering primary dressing made ofknitted cellulose acetate mesh is impregnated with a specially formulated petrolatum emulsionmaking it easy to remove, minimising pain during dressing changes. Thanks to theopen mesh structure, wound exudate can penetrate unhindered to the absorbent secondary dressing. In this way, therisk of maceration at the wound site is reduced.
